The market is clearly continuing the trend started in June 2020 – with January FAR Exceeding the approximate trend of 25-30% more sales vs same period last year (same month previous year)! What is also interesting is the significant IMPROVEMENT in Condo sold values vs Jan 2020, but this is still slightly down vs Dec 2020 values in the segment. Single family and Duplex / Row houses (aka Townhouses) continue to see value improvements Y/Y and M/M. Similar (in some cases stronger) trending is evident throughout the Greater Edmonton Area satellite communities.
