From a stand point of Single Family Homes (detached and attached) sold activity, both the # of sales and $ values;  We are trending similarly to what we have been for the last 6 -7  months now (appx 25-30% more activity and anywhere from appx 1-6% increase in values (depending on the month) Year over Year.

We also have more listings as of January 27 this year than last… which suggests we are seeing a similar amount of new listings vs last year same period.
