November’s results were a mixed bag with a generally positive/neutral feel.
Of Note: Condo Values up 3-7+% (CMA vs Edmonton Only) year over year; We have 12% less new listings and a slight overall increase in values Y/Y for the greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area (lead by condo’s).
Days On Market are up slightly to 70 overall. Townhome values are down.
While November shows a sharper increase into the “Buyer’s Market” range vs October, the significant decrease in new listings and sales steady at 99.72% of last year (literally only 3 less sales in November than 2018) we show improvement vs 2018 at this time of year. Overall Sales Year to date are basically flat for Edmonton vs 2018 & down 0.8% for the CMA (greater metropolitan area).
