Edmonton Sees Moderate Growth As Spring Market Blooms; Unit sales  are down 30.8% Y/Y, & are up 11.1% M/M. New listings: down 26% Y/Y & up 6% M/M. Overall inventory in the GEA was up 7.4% Y/Y, & up 9.3% vs last month (M/M).
