November’s summary shows very slight decreases to Single Family Detached (SFD) values Y/Y, buoying the overall picture at less than 1% reduction overall vs same period 2021. Apartment and Townhomes performed more favorably for buyers than sellers.  Activity is down significantly; See it all below!
